BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) - Some health care workers from our region are headed to the Super Bowl.

New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft invited the workers to the big game over Zoom.

New Hampshire Gov. Chris Sununu got to pick the health care professionals from facilities across the Granite State.

He chose four people he called “heroes,” saying “they and their colleagues have been on the front lines of this crisis for months.”

The four selected are Gina Teixeira, a nurse at the emergency department at Southern New Hampshire Health; Jenna Osborn, an ICU nurse at Catholic Medical Center; Scott Trasher, the assistant director of environmental services at Hanover Hill; and Dawn Chapman, an RN at Concord Hospital.

All of them have gotten both doses of the coronavirus vaccine.
