BARRE, Vt. (WCAX) - Two Barre men face charges for allegedly helping an out-of-state man distribute drugs.

Police say Glendon Parrish-Cambell, 21, of Springfield, Massachusetts, was using two different apartments on South Main Street to distribute heroin. After searching the apartments, police found 12,000 bags of heroin and a large amount of cash. The heroin has a street value of $144,000.

Investigators say Richard Clark, 73, and Robert Perkins, 71, allowed Parrish-Cambell to use the apartments and were paid by him in crack cocaine. They were all arrested Saturday morning.

Parrish-Cambell is being lodged at the Northeast Correctional Complex on $250,000 bail.

Clark and Perkins were both issued citations.
