NORTH CONWAY, N.H. (WCAX) - Clear conditions and the right atmospheric conditions overnight made for a special treat above the treeline.
Just after midnight early Tuesday morning, the Mount Washington Observatory summit crew says they saw the northern lights.
For the shift currently on duty, it was everyone’s first time viewing them in person.
Skies have been clear enough for the lights to be visible.
