BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) - As the country continues to see a sharp increase in political polarization, Vermont has not been immune.

From shouting matches at Burlington City Council to arguments at local school board meetings, some are wondering if this is how local politics will look from here on out.

Katharine Huntley spoke with Megan Little Reilly, the director of the University of Vermont’s Civic Infrastructure program.
