Plattsburgh City schools closed due to COVID, cold

PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. (WCAX) - The Plattsburgh City School District alerted people that short-staffing because of COVID and the cold weather is forcing them to close all schools in that district on Tuesday.
There will be no remote learning.
Classes are set to resume Wednesday.
