Traveler tips for canceled flights

BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) - Many travelers have faced an onslaught of canceled flights over the past several weeks after COVID caused staffing troubles at airlines.
Cat Viglienzoni spoke with Paula Fleming with the Better Business Bureau for some tips to make sure you’re getting the compensation you deserve.
