Bennington murder suspect arrested in NY

BENNINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) - Bennington Police say the man wanted in connection with a fatal shooting Wednesday night has been arrested in New York.
It happened around 8 p.m at a power substation along Route 9. Bennington Police say Elliot Russell, 46, aka “Face,” fatally shot Ulysses Ivey, 39. of Bennington
Police say Russell, who was considered armed and dangerous, was arrested in Hoosick Falls, New York Thursday.
There were no other immediate details on Russell’s capture or a possible motive in the shooting.
