Burst pipe closes St. Albans street

ST. ALBANS, Vt. (WCAX) - A burst pipe shut down a downtown St. Albans street for several hours Wednesday.
It happened on Fairfax Street right near the intersection with Main Street.
Public works officials say it was a pipe coming off the water main that served only one house. They say the cause was probably due to frost.
