LUDLOW, Vt. Ludlow Police responded to 158 Ghia Farm Road for an assault. When police arrived, the unnamed victim stated that he was picked up earlier in the evening by Tyler Marston and Rey Early in Windsor.
While traveling towards Springfield the victim says he was assaulted and threatened with a shotgun. The victim was then brought to the area of West Hill in Ludlow where he says he was forced to commit a burglary of a home.
After breaking into the house, the victim attempted to flee. He was again physically assaulted, Marston and Early got back into the vehicle and intentionally accelerated, hitting the victim with the vehicle and fleeing the scene.
The victim was able to crawl to a nearby home and call for help. The victim was transported to Springfield Hospital and then transferred to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. The victim was admitted to DHMC with a large abrasion on his left side and internal injuries including a lacerated spleen and lacerated liver. He is currently in stable condition.
