5 Upper Valley residents arrested following drug raids
Five Upper Valley residents face drug charges following early morning raids by the Windsor Police.
Authorities say the six month operation dubbed "Ice Breaker involved the sale and distribution of heroin, "bath salts," Suboxone, Klonopin, and Marijuana.
Police say the investigation was spurred by complaints from town residents, and that the arrests are just the beginning of a multi-agency collaboration into heroin trafficking in the region.
Those arrested Wednesday include Jacqueline Bright, 23, of West Windsor; Steven Mann, 56, of Windsor; Leona Hunt, 37, of Windsor; Chasity Forman, 31, of Windsor; Heather Lord AKA Heather Pacetti, 34, of Claremont.
In addition to various drug charges, three of those arrested also face cruelty to child charges.
