A closer look at Vermont's Town Meeting Day tradition

It's one of Vermont's most iconic traditions: Town Meeting Day is Tuesday. For over 200 years, Vermonters have used the first Tuesday in March to elect local officials and vote on budgets. It's also a time for neighbors to discuss critical issues impacting their community.
