The Vermont court system is declaring a judicial emergency because of the coronavirus outbreak.

All nonemergency Superior Court hearings are postponed until at least April 15. Other cases may move forward over the phone or by video conference.

For the next two weeks, no one is allowed in courthouses except with specific permission and only if they pass screening questions related to the coronavirus pandemic.
