Analysis: Powershift in Canadian Parliament

BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) Justin Trudeau is keeping his seat as Canada's prime minister, but power is shifting.

Trudeau's liberal party lost a lot of in parliament seats in Monday's election. Late in the game, a separatist party that advocates for the French-speaking province of Quebec got a boost.
