Burlington police say there has been a decrease in traffic stops

BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) Burlington police say they have seen a decrease in traffic stops in the last decade.

Police say officers made 56% fewer stops last year compared to 2015.

They've seen the pattern across all races.

They say they stopped 57% fewer black drivers during that same time period.
