BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) Before the next batch of winter weather hits, Burlington Public Works crews are out on the streets Wednesday. They will be trying to quickly make some pothole repairs.
City crews say this past weekend's ice storm wasn't as bad as expected, but the large rainfall followed by freezing conditions created some issues.
Water into cracks in the road caused some holes to pop open.
A few tons of asphalt were being readied Wednesday morning to fill the holes.
