Caught on camera: Bear strolls through Vermont hotel

An unexpected guest stopped by a Killington hotel.

Hotel manager Dean Romano spotted the bear strolling down a hallway in the North Star Lodge Tuesday afternoon. He says the bear entered the hotel around 2 p.m. and made its way out about five minutes later.

Killington police say bear sightings have increased over the last couple of years. They encourage property owners and campers in the area to not leave any food outside.
