ALBANY, N.Y. (WCAX) The Associated Press has declared Kirsten Gillibrand the winner of the U.S. Senate race in New York.
Gillibrand beats Republican candidate Chele Farley.
Gillbrand first won the seat in a special election in 2010 after Hillary Clinton left the post to serve as U.S Secretary of State.
This will be Gillibrand’s second full term as a U.S. Senator.
