We have an update about the case against Mario Macias.
He's the head of the guidance department at Burlington High School, accused of seven counts of misconduct including falsifying a student transcript, creating a hostile work environment and being incompetent at his job.
The state's education secretary wants Macias stripped of his license for good.
WCAX News has learned that decision will be made in March.
