New Hampshire health officials say 10 people have died and 90 others have tested positive for COVID-19 at three long-term care facilities.

Five have died at the Huntington at Nashua assisted living campus, four at the Hanover Hill nursing home in Manchester and one at the Crotched Mountain group home in Greenfield.

Meanwhile, legislative leaders are trying to assert their authority over spending the federal money being allocated in response to the pandemic, after Gov. Chris Sununu said he's creating an office to oversee the process.

More than 700 people have tested positive in New Hampshire for the illness caused by the virus. Eighteen have died.
