Vermont's first police dog to serve solely as a therapy dog has arrived at his new home.

Comfort K-9 Duke met with his handler, Ofc. Matthew Cohen of the Williston Police Department on Sunday and interacted with people on Facebook Live.

Duke was donated by Boonefield Labradors and we're told he has more training to go, but for now, he gets extra pets and snacks.

Officer Cohen gets to meet Comfort K9 Duke for the first time today! You can tune in on Facebook Live to watch!
