The Vermont Department of Corrections says no new cases of COVID-19 have been reported at its facilities.

Right now, no inmates are showing symptoms, not even those who tested positive for the virus.

The DOC plans to retest inmates and staff at the Northwest State Correctional Facility where the first outbreak began.

Officials are relying on guidance from the Health Department and the CDC to determine when to release inmates from isolation in that facility.
