Northern NY woman convicted of drug charges

PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. (WCAX) A jury has found a Plattsburgh woman guilty of planning to distribute heroin.

Danielle Conners, 33, was one of 10 people arrested in a 2017 drug bust. The other nine people described her as an "investor" in the heroin trafficking ring, driving the drug dealers around Plattsburgh.

Conners will be sentenced in March and could face up to 20 years in prison and fines of up to $1 million.
