Religious gatherings of up to 10 people can reopen in New York State on Thursday with strict guidelines.

At his morning media briefing, Cuomo said attendees at the services will have to wear masks and socially distance.

Cuomo also released the results of antibody testing in some of the low-income New York City neighborhoods that have been hit hardest by the coronavirus. In many of the neighborhoods, more than 1 in 3 residents tested positive for antibodies, a far higher rate than citywide rate of about 20 percent.
