City of Plattsburgh enacts curfew to stop spread of COVID-19
The city of Plattsburgh is enacting a curfew to try to help stop the spread of COVID-19.
Mayor Colin Read says everyone should be at home from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m. unless they are working, getting essential goods, exercising or caring for a loved one.
He's also closing all city parks and asking everyone-- sick or healthy-- to wear a mask when they go outside.
While Plattsburgh Town's supervisor is encouraging everyone to stay home, he says the town is not under a curfew.
