WEST RUTLAND, Vt. (WCAX) A West Rutland man will be in court Wednesday after police say he stalked an acquaintance and cut him with a knife.
Police say it happened last month on Main Street in West Rutland. They say Steven Ciccone, 35, waited at the end of a local parking lot, followed the 28-year-old victim home and then cut him on the arm and stomach.
Ciccone is charged with aggravated assault, aggravated stalking, and criminal threatening.
Police say the victim's wounds were superficial and not life-threatening.
