Police: Shelburne crash linked to 'road rage'

SHELBURNE, Vt. (WCAX) Shelburne Police are investigating a two-car crash they say was caused by "road rage."

It happened just before 7:30 a.m. Tuesday on Shelburne Road. Police say a pickup driven by Cole Harris, 31, of Essex collided with a car driven by Cameron Barden, 30, of Burlington.

Two adults and two children in the car were taken to the hospital with unspecified injuries and for observation.

Police say the incident began near the Mitsubishi Dealership in South Burlington and took place during the height of morning commuter traffic. They are asking anyone who saw what happened leading up to the crash to contact them.
