Reports of more setbacks for F-35 fighter jets

BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) There are new reports of setbacks for the military's F-35 fighter jets.

Multiple defense news outlets report the F-35 Joint Program Office halted flight operations for planes with higher flight hours. That's because some of the older engines with higher flight hours may require additional fuel tube replacements.

F-35s are set to be stationed in Burlington this September.
