RUTLAND, Vt. (WCAX) Two new statues will be added to Rutland's Downtown Sculpture Trail.
The first sculpture honors Rutland-native Martin Henry Freeman, the first African American to lead an American college or university.
The other honors William G. Wilson, the founder of Alcoholics Anonymous.
Both pieces are expected to be completed this fall, but the exact location has not been determined.
The trail celebrating Rutland's history hopes to eventually have up to 10 sculptures.
