Sanders discusses 'national emergency,' prospects for 2020 run

BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) Senator Bernie Sanders Friday defied President Trump's action to declare a national emergency to get funding for a border wall.

Sanders said on Twitter said "Trump cannot declare a 'national emergency' whenever he wants, and spend money on his pet project. Not gonna happen!"
