Swanton man accused of sexual assault

A Swanton man is charged with sexually assaulting a girl.
Police say Thomas DiSalvo, 39, sexually assaulted a juvenile. Police say there were also several other incidents of lewd and lascivious conduct with the victim since February 2017.
DiSalvo will have to appear in Franklin County Superior Court later this month.
