Vermont food and beverages are in the spotlight at a fun dinner Sunday night.
More than 400 people are heading to the Vermont Fresh Network Annual Forum Dinner. We stopped by the Coach Barn at Shelburne Farms as organizers set up for the sold-out event.
Chefs and guests are coming together from across the state for the organization's largest fundraiser of the year. The menu has just about everything -- steak, smoked meats, salads, and of course, ice cream.
"It's showing off what we do best, working with talented and creative food producers to make a really great Vermont cuisine," said the network's Helen Labun.
She says the event is also celebrating the organization's 21st birthday, so there are plenty of Vermont wines, ciders, and beers for guests to enjoy.
