Vermont to launch indoor drone racing course

Vermont will soon be home to America's first permanent indoor drone racing course.

Vermont Drone is launching the races this July at Generator in Burlington. They're calling it the Tiny Whoop Drone Racing Course and it's a race between small helicopter-like aircraft flown by using VR headsets. Pilots see the course from a first-person perspective.

The free races will be held the first Tuesday of each month at Generator.
