Vermont's largest solar parking lot has officially started generating electricity.
Encore Renewable Energy made the announcement Wednesday. They are partnering with the ECHO Leahy Center.
The solar canopy is being built for Echo's Science Museum.
The 156kWp solar carport employs two-sided panels and is the state's largest solar canopy to date.
