Vt. woman shares her story with unemployment

Codie Salvador, 27, of Jeffersonville, is just one of many who have applied for benefits and can't get through to the Vermont Department of Labor to find out what's going on.
Gov. Phil Scott apologized for the delay during his last press conference and says he's taking responsibility for the problem.

"I think that they should help the Department of Labor figure out a new system because he did say that he's going to work on it and things are going to get better, but nothing seems to be getting better," she said.
