In our Wildlife Watch, the American marten is making a comeback. The native weasel is on the state's endangered species list. It disappeared from Vermont in the 1800s but was reintroduced in 1989 to the Green Mountain National Forest.

Jed Murdoch is a UVM professor. Kim Royar is with Vermont Fish and Wildlife. They joined our Eva McKend to give us an update on the marten in Vermont. Watch the video for the full interview.
