Woman killed in motorcycle vs UPS truck crash

Police are investigating a deadly motorcycle crash involving a UPS truck in Walpole, New Hampshire.

It happened Thursday at about 3:25 p.m. on Whitcomb Road.

Officers say a UPS truck had just left a driveway when a motorcycle coming the other way lost control and crashed into it.

Police say Alexander Wrobel, 34, of Marlborough, New Hampshire, was driving the bike and was not seriously injured, but his passenger, Jennifer Washburn, 23, of Keene, was killed.

The truck driver wasn't hurt.

Police say speed appears to be a factor but officers are still investigating. Anyone who witnessed the crash is asked to call New Hampshire State Police at 603-223-8993.
