Plattsburgh community mourns loss of former city councilor

The Plattsburgh community is mourning the loss of a former city councilor.
The body of Becky Kasper, 56, was found in her home Wednesday afternoon.
Police say her death does not appear suspicious and an autopsy will be performed on Thursday.
Kasper resigned from the Common Council in February of 2018.
She's been described as a dynamic educator and passionate public servant.
